Dell CFP2-100GBASE-LR4 compatible optical transceiver is a parallel 112Gbps C Form-factor Pluggable CFP2 module for use in 100GBASE Ethernet. CFP2 LR4 provides 100Gb/s throughput up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF) with built-in FEC using 1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm, 1309.14nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with CFP2 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 and CAUI-4 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 104-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex CFP2 transceiver implements 4 independent 25.78125 Gbps transmit and receive channels in each wavelength for an aggregate 100 Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via MDIO interface. Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Dell CFP2-100GBASE-LR4 transceivers.
