direcXource's Q4S-50G-DAC30-1M DAC is a passive 4x 50Gbps QSFP56 to 4 SFP56 direct attach breakout cable for use in 50GBASE Ethernet. QSFP56 breakout DAC provides 4x 50Gb/s throughput for 1m interconnection with high speed twin-axial copper cable. Standard length options cover from 0.5 meters to 3 meters. The breakout DAC cable splits 4x 50 Gbps PAM4 signals from QSFP56 into SFP56. It also supports 4x 25 Gbps NRZ fanout application. This DAC is fully compliant with QSFP56 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3cd 50GBASE-CR and 50GAUI-1 standard. The twin-axial copper cable's wire gauge is 30AWG and pre-terminated with MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connectors. MSA memory map are accessible via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our breakout DACs are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to generic MSA direct attach cables.
