Dell DAC-Q28-4SFP28-25G-2M compatible DAC is a passive 4x 25Gbps QSFP28 to 4 SFP28 direct attach breakout cable for use in 25GBASE Ethernet. QSFP28 breakout DAC provides 4x 25Gb/s throughput for 2m interconnection with high speed twin-axial copper cable. Standard length options cover from 0.5 meters to 5 meters. The breakout DAC cable splits 4x 25 Gbps NRZ signals from QSFP28 into SFP28. This DAC is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3by 25GBASE-CR and 25GAUI standard. The twin-axial copper cable's wire gauge is 30AWG and pre-terminated with MSA compliant 38-pin and 20-pin edge type connectors. MSA memory map are accessible via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our breakout DACs are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Dell DAC-Q28-4SFP28-25G-2M direct attach cables.
