Cisco ONS-SI-622-L1 compatible optical transceiver is a dual fiber 622Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP module for use in OC12/STM-4 SONET/SDH Network. SFP OC12-LR1 provides 622Mb/s throughput up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using 1310nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SONET OC-12 LR-1 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable FP transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 622M bps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Cisco ONS-SI-622-L1 transceivers.
